Commercial Manager to build European Platform.

The Business 

The business has grown over the last 10 years with focus on quality and delivery to create a reputation amongst both retail and foodservice customers for create fantastic products which are sold here and on the continent.  Growth in the UK and Europe now require the appointment of individuals to support a busy commercial team. 

The Role 

You will join as part of a close knit team where customers relationships and delivery are key measures of success.  Expectations are that you will have daily involvement with UK retail customers to identify new range extensions and upgrades whilst attending to NPD,pricing and costing structures within the category. Experience managing branded and private label products and engagement in factory trials would be an advantage with this role to assist in the sourcing of new products from across the wider European group.

The Person

To be successful, you will have a history of working in a close knit commercial team using your analytical and commercial experience in top five retailers across branded and private label markets Be assured, your abilities will be stretched and tested beyond what you have experienced to date. So be prepared to commit yourself.  In return you will be rewarded with excellent progression opportunities and the possibility of international travel.
