About the role

Working with both UK and International stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in driving the UK Digital Marketing and customer acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities and Activities

You will be responsible for managing the digital & e-commerce strategy and achieving revenue/profit objectives across E-Commerce in the UK; including the D2C channel.

Working alongside the global business and Marketing lead you will develop the UK Digital & E-commerce strategy. Ultimately, you will be responsible for improving total UK e-commerce capability to set the UK as “best in class”. In addition you will have support-level responsibilities for Digital Marketing across the brand inclusive of social media.

This role will be instrumental in driving the digital strategy and you will have accountability for the E-com P&L across the entire portfolio

Given the nature of the role; dynamic, out of the box, thinking and quick action to maximise and monitor both long- and short-term opportunities will be required; along with a comfortable understanding of the D2C ecosystem inclusive of performance marketing and digital media, affiliate and referral, loyalty and subscription programmes, and general digital transformation.

About you

  • Strong experience within digital and e-commerce with an FMCG or Consumer Product business
  • Experience working in a D2C environment is essential, with knowledge of pureplay e-tailers preferred.
  • Experience of Digital Marketing & Strategy, both commercial and brand led preferred.
  • Understanding of the entire online purchase funnel.
  • Experience with Adobe and Google Analytics.
  • Passion for achievement; integrity and drive with a strong desire to make things happen.
  • Demonstrate financial and commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Experience in P&L and Revenue management.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
