Main accountability: Lead the profitable development of the PepsiCo UK business (Walkers, Tropicana and Quaker) within National & Regional recreation, events & vending chains, leading & developing a team of 4.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesDeliver sustainable growth across all categories in the AFH channel through developing managed Recreation, Events & Vending chains (340 national & regional customers)
Recreation customers include Hotel chains, leisure & tourism outlets, Cinemas, travel providers (ports, travel hubs and in-transit services)Lead the build and execution of a clear strategic agenda across the customer base, incorporating Multi Year JBPs with the aim of growing our core business and expanding our brand footprintPersonal accountability for key European vending partnerStep change the wiring & development of our strategic partnerships with customers through World Class Customer Engagement (WCCE)Work with European/US colleagues to leverage scale at a global level to open up local opportunitiesOwnership for defining and delivering the "Recreation scorecard" and own tracking and course correction with customers as requiredLead the development and delivery of the Vending strategy in partnership with the European AFH Workplace Director
Define & execute the Vending strategy in partnership with the European AFH teamLead the thinking on how to leverage the evolving digital relevance within vending, events & recreation to ensure PepsiCo remains the partner of choice in this spaceCollaborate with finance to build clear revenue models and align with AFH Director and Impulse Finance Controller to define the metricsLead & develop a team of 4, setting clear direction to achieve the strategic plan and annual commercial plan targets
