Sales Lead – Key Accounts
£37,500-£40,000 – Generous package including 4 wellness days year

Nuzest is a plant-based nutrition brand who are set to more than double their turnover next year. They have ambitious plans to develop their UK team as well as launching a great deal of innovative NPD in the coming years. Currently products can be found online, in health stores and wholesalers throughout the UK and across Europe. They are also thriving in Australia and New Zealand where the brand was founded, as well as strong distribution in the US.
Nuzest are passionate about efficacy and their focus is on wellness through nutrition supported by movement and exercise. They have a passionate community of consumers, with influencers and ambassadors who believe in their products and promote them across all social media.
Their belief is that a good diet is the foundation for great health. They have conducted extensive research into plant-based ingredients, to select the purest and most potent sources of nutrition to support our lives, provide a powerful and well-balanced mix of essential vitamins, minerals and protein.
In the UK they currently employ 7 high performing professionals across sales and marketing, who in return for their success, enjoy a culture which allows them to balance work with family life as well as fitness. Due to growth, they are now looking for their next pivotal team member.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, this individual will initially mange a P&L of around £500,000 including accounts such as Ocado, Dolphin Fitness, Whole Foods and Planet Organic. As well as growing customers, they will be tasked to develop new business and will eventually take on bigger accounts as growth continues. In addition, this role will also take on the responsibility of managing and mentoring 2 salespeople who also work remotely.
Desired candidate requirements include:
- Working within a similar health/nutrition brand with a passion for the industry.
- Have experience managing accounts such as Ocado, Whole Foods and/or within the Grocery channel.
- Previously managed and developed at least one individual.
- Have a genuine enthusiasm for all things health - from nutrition to fitness.
- Confident and ambitious individual with a personable attitude.
