Commercial Manager – Foodservice End Users

Based South West England (accessible from M5 Cheltenham South / M4 Reading West)

Salary (Dependent on experience) plus strong bonus and package

  • Now seek to recruit a growth driven Commercial Manager to drive the development of their foodservice end user customers

The role: 

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and influential Commercial Manager that has a successful track record of wins within Foodservice End Users
  • Your world will be within Pubs & Restaurants; QSR; Pizza Chains; Hotel Groups; & Sandwich producers and becoming an integral supplier to them
  • Your role will be a mix of Account Management & Business Development; holding full commercial responsibility for existing customers looking to seek out further development opportunities with them; along with opening up new customers
  • We believe the channel potential is huge and you will be tasked with hunting out & developing new End User business opportunities to realise the channels true potential

Ideal candidate: 

  • Will be driven, hungry with a strong results orientation and an eye for identifying growth opportunities
  • You will have proven success and key contacts already within Pubs & Restaurants; QSR; Pizza Chains; Hotel Groups; & Sandwich producers
  • Currently could be either a NAM or SNAM as there is an opportunity to hire on potential, not just experience
  • Will be commercially astute with experience managing a significant P&L
  • Proactive problem solver and consistent focus on excellence and improvement
  • Be able to demonstrate customer prioritisation to drive growth
