- The client is based in the UK and the contact centre and leadership team are based in Barcelona therefore role is split between both locations
- Key leadership role as Contact Centre Account Director focused on managing the relationship with a well-known global consumer technology brand to develop and deliver the strategy for the contact center team that will deliver the targeted KPI’s and grow revenue.
- You will support and develop a team of 9+ managers that deliver the customer contact strategy that will achieve high levels of customer service, brand awareness objectives and additional sales and profit targets.
- As Contact Centre Account Director you will build relationships internally within the client brand to influence strategy, to feedback on campaigns essentially becoming a trusted advisor. Working cross functionally at a senior level within these clients you will ensure that all opportunities are identified and maximised. You will innovate and develop new propositions and solutions that meet the challenges and opportunities faced by the client.
- You will be currently working within a commercial client management role within a contact centre organization and will have a proven track record of successfully managing a strategic relationship with a client and a cross functional internal team that will deliver the customer strategy
- For the Contact Centre Account Director Consumer Technology role it is essential that you have excellent communication skills and can inspire teams to deliver targeted sales and objectives
- You will be highly personable, credible and flexible and be able to engage internal and external stakeholders
- As an individual the Contact Centre Account Director Consumer Technology will be a self-starter, with the tenacity and drive to deliver results. You will possess gravitas and excellent influencing skills and ensure the customer is at the centre of all decision making and will possess excellent customer facing skills.
