Due to continued growth my client is looking for a Technical Manger/ Head of technical to join their growing team.

Our client is a growing start up brand who are growing massively year on year. Their team is fast paced, hungry, ambitious and fun. You will have these same values and have high energy and determination.

After opening a brand new state of the art factory this year, they are looking to bring in a brilliant Technical manager or a highly experience and ambitious QA manager looking to take their next step. You will be part of the journey of taking this company to the next level. You will help build the team within the factory and help build the family and fun culture throughout the company. 

These guys work hard but also play hard and have a brilliant culture for someone who wants to feel welcomed and appreciated. Along with the chance to build your own team and be a part of something massive, you will progress through the company and develop your career rapidly.

In order to be suitable for this role, you will have people management experience and have the experience of working on customer audits with BRC and HACCP qualifications. 

Most importantly for this role though, you will be ambitious, hungry and full of energy!
