The main responsibility of this role is to generate new business via various methods and interact with decision makers across all industries. The incoming individual will have an excellent long-term opportunity to develop their career and develop within the business. As a Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include:

· Generating leads and attending client meetings

· Targeting C-level individuals across various sectors

· Work closely with other departments to ensure strong communication and consistency

· Assessing opportunities to cross & up-sell where applicable

For this role you require:

· 3+ years B2B sales experience

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· New business sales experience - preferably within a consultative, solution sales role

· Educated to degree level or equivalent

The Package:

· £40-50K + £20k OTE
