The Role: We are excited to be recruiting for an important hire in the health care division of one of the UK's best regarded BI companies. This person will join in an BDM role and be responsible for targeting new customers. This person will be expected to build deep, close, and valuable relationships with multiple influencers and decision makers within the client accounts. As well as managing the full new business sales cycle, the successful applicant will be expected to identify up-sell opportunities, as well as mapping out new divisions that would also benefit from the product. The individual must be comfortable selling over the phone, on online demo's and in person as all three of these will be vital parts of the job.

As a Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Winning new business with pharmaceutical, bio tech and healthcare companies
- Meeting c-level decision makers to discuss new license sales
- Delivering exemplary customer experience
For this Business Development Manager Role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- 6+ years B2B sales experience
- Comfortable across all stages of the sales process
- Sold business intelligence/software/SaaS/events before
