Our client already enjoys a market leading position in the Health Food channel with a luxurious and delicious range of tasty and healthy snack bars. The products are first choice for discerning customers willing to pay a premium for a better and healthier snack. A recent capital investment by the parent company means the products are now ready to roll out to the Top Four / major Grocery retailers. The future looks rosy !

To be considered for this exciting job you should be already have exposure to at least one of the major Grocery multiples with a good understanding of how not only secure listings, but also provide solid trade marketing support and to ensure the sales actually happen. You will be an accomplished commercial and sales person capable of making compelling commercial arguments on a category basis. You will also fully understand the value of Brand Equity from both the retailer’s point of view as well as the consumers’.

We have been briefed to consider candidates from any FMCG background, however there would be a slight advantage if you happened to have experience of either a health or health related product ideally in snacking or confectionery.

There will be a considerable amount of travelling involved and you will be required to be in the new commercial office in Basingstoke which is currently being fully refurbished and ready for occupation in December 2020.

In return for your dedication and effort, our client is prepared to pay a basic salary of between £45,897 and £50,125 plus bonus and a generous car allowance. Career prospects are excellent for the right candidate.
