National Account Manager – Food Service

We are keen to secure an ambitious National Account Manager to join a vibrant commercial team who can manage a growing customer portfolio, maximizing the commercial results and driving sales through all main routes to markets identifying and developing new business opportunities in line with strategic plans; these plans are underpinned by major investment in our UK production facilities.
Based in Staines upon Thames and reporting to the UK Commercial Director, we are looking for someone who brings to life our company values which are Respect, Ambition and Cooperation. The ideal candidate will be a pro-active self-starter who brings passion and energy to the role, with the spirit to “move things forward”.
They will have:-
• A proven track record in Foodservice finished goods sales to both national end-user chains and UK wide distributors.
• Customer centric mind-set.
• Strong negotiation and category management skills.
• Exceptional commercial ability and a track record of profitable sales growth
• A personable character which leads and influences others at all levels
• Strong project planning & organisational skills with attention to detail
• Confidence in communication, both written and verbal with a high level of numeracy
• Ability for regular travel to clients within the UK is as are occasional international trips.
