Having just placed with this client, there is another great opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a market leading bathroom manufacturer who are looking to add to their sales team, driving growth across the Republic of Ireland!

Client Details

The client is a leading manufacturer of sanitary ware products selling into bathroom showrooms and merchants at a local and head office level!

Description

The primary responsibility for the Business Development Manager will be to manage and develop the existing accounts within the region as well as identifying new sales opportunities.

You will also be responsible for staying abreast of competitor activity and capitalising on opportunities which will positively impact your sales target.

This is a consultative sales role which will require the successful Business Development Manager to build rapport with ease, understand the consumer profiles in the various regions and provide the right solutions/products.

The organisation has been trading for a number of successful years, privately owned with a huge focus on the investment and success of its employees!

Profile

The successful Business Development Manager will:-
  • Have a strong account management background, preferably having sold into (or worked for) builders merchants or Bathroom Showrooms.
  • Be a tenacious individual with the ability to build rapport with ease.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and amazing customer service levels.
  • Be commercially astute and consultative in their approach
  • Be comfortable in working with multiple stakeholders at various levels.
  • Be a determined, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual.
