I am working with a leading Consumer Electronics Accessories business on an exciting Senior NAM role.

I am working with this leading Consumer Electronics Accessories business on an exciting Senior NAM role. Some of their more popular products include speakers, Bluetooth speakers, headphones, sound bars and mobile phone accessories.

The business itself are a market leader across Europe and have exciting plans to grow in the UK. With an established UK customer base they are looking to add to the team and continue their exciting growth in 2021.

Description

My client are looking for a confident, autonomous candidate to help them continue their development and growth within the top 4 grocers.

The Senior National Account Manager - CE Accessories:
  • To develop and manage National/Key customer accounts to maximise sales and margin
  • To develop the strategic direction, plan and implement the business within specific accounts
  • To execute the UK Sales and Channel Management strategy
  • Achieve commercial budgets as directed by company budget within the framework of the brand value
  • Achieve financial sales objectives and deliver sales strategy as directed and agreed with Management team
  • Research, plan and implement a sales strategy by account in conjunction with sales team and Line Management
  • Use the understanding of strategic intents of customers, partners, channels and competitors to align the business to the needs of the market place
  • Establish, implement, coordinate and monitor national account plans
  • To implement agreed business development plan by account
  • To manage national account margins and values to budget levels.




Profile

The Senior National Account Manager - CE Accessories:

- Currently working for a consumer electronics accessories business

- Currently working with one or more of the grocers

- The ability to influence management, internal and external customers through negotiation, persuasion and exemplary written and oral communication skills

- Pragmatic implementation of sales and key account management plans

- Adaptive approach to all areas of the business internally and externally

- Reporting of activities and analyses in an accurate, timely, consistent and effective manner appropriate to the intended audience

- Have an up-to-date knowledge of the market

- Proactive in approach

- Ability to problem solve

- Attention to detail

This role is home based so you can be based anywhere in England.
