Business Development Manager / Sub Team Leader

Elite Mobile is a market leading distributor of pre-pay SIM cards. We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Sub Team Leader to join us in Northern Ireland to grow our SIM card and e-cigarette business.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

1. 50% new business generation.
2. 50% supporting in management of the Field Sales Team
3. Training and motivating staff to win new business.
4. Maintaining good business relationships with new and existing customers.
5. Assisting in the recruitment of Field Sales Executives.
6. Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge.

The Candidate

Ideally, applicants should have:

1. A competitive spirit and a passion for selling.
2. Solid experience in a B2B sales environment.
3. Previous experience managing a sales team.
4. A strong leadership and management style.
5. Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiation skills.
6. A full driving license (we will provide you with a small company van).

In return we offer you an attractive basic salary between £23,000 and £28,000 per annum plus commission of up to £10,000 per annum based upon your performance.
