Job Details

Our client: 

  • An international branded and own label premium food manufacturer
  • Excellent organic growth as well as bolstering their product portfolio through a string of acquisitions
  • Cash rich, with great financial backing
  • Diverse and secure customer base which has allowed them to navigate recent pressures virtually unscathed
  • Now seek to recruit a growth driven NAM to take responsibility of their foodservice customers

The role: 

  • Suitable for a NAM looking to take on more responsibility
  • To take full P&L responsibility for Convenience and Route to Market customers
  • Looking after a portfolio spanning 6 different categories
  • Own and negotiate your JBP and be responsible for driving the commercial strategy within channel

Ideal candidate: 

  • Will be driven and hungry with an eye for identifying growth opportunities
  • Will be commercially astute with experience managing a significant P&L
  • Will ideally possess experience in the convenience/route to market channel
  • Be able to demonstrate customer prioritisation to drive growth
