The owners of the business now seek to appoint an entrepreneurial individual capable of winning new business in the UK multiples and discounters. Winning will be measured and enabled through existing and new retail relationships, NPD and range expansion. To be successful in this role you will be comfortable with uncertainty and lack of clarity but be able to identify with the opportunity of the leadership and owners. Therefore, this is not a role for large ego’s but one that will nurture and develop those with high social and commercial planning skills.
You will join initially as head of the UK retail commercial face, and as part of the a wider team, focus to build business within the retail channel. The pace of the operation is unforgiving and yet excitedly challenging for those who seek the opportunity to make step change in business, lead people and implement their own strategies.
