We are looking for an individual with strong entrepreneurial skills and a proven sales background to spear head our sales initiative. You are a highly capable and ambitious self-starter who is looking to establish a key strategic position within one of the UK’s fastest growing, young and dynamic drinks brands.

As a business development manager, you’ll be taking our industry leading products out to the UK on-trade marketplace, driving distribution, building relationships, brand awareness, retail activity and taking responsibility for driving sales and meeting out ambitious targets.

This is a mouth-watering opportunity which offers uncapped earning potential.

You will have total territory ownership and be responsible for bringing our brand to life! You’ll take total ownership for all direct routes to market for our brand within your territory and build first class relationships and in time nurture your strategic accounts.

What will you be doing?

When you join us as a Brand Development Manager or Sales executive your responsibilities will be:

  • Total territory management; responsible for developing customer and nurturing relationships across your account base.
  • Execute a proactive contact strategy; actively prospecting and responding to leads with pace and energy to convert.
  • Deliver targeted sustainable new brand distribution, volume and sales.

Who are you?

You will have a strong sales background with a natural ability to build relationships with customers and a natural hunger to succeed.

You’ll be highly numerate, persuasive with strong influencing skills and can show initiative to consistently deliver and surpass targets.

You’ll be tenacious, enthusiastic and have a flexible attitude. Time management comes naturally to you and you are confident when using IT.

You’ll possess sound commercial awareness and have a working understanding of the UK on trade drinks market.
