The Role

  • We are looking for experienced FMCG sales professionals to be fully accountable for one of our client’s largest Grocery Retail relationships across multiple buying points and levels.
  • Along with leading the delivery of the UK brand portfolio agenda in your customer, as well as championing private label development opportunities.
  • This is a high-profile role so influencing and collaboration will be key.
  • Reports directly to the Sales Director.

About You

  • You will have strong Grocery sales experience with exceptional commercial ability and a track record of profitable sales growth achievement, ideally in Tesco.
  • Ideally you will have a branded FMCG background and training, along with some experience of private label.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong selling and negotiation skills with a proven track record of business development.
  • Strong business analytical acumen to enable development of strong commercial propositions.
  • You are a highly personable, driven individual who can lead and influence others and work effectively at all management levels.

Benefits & details:

  • This is a home-based role with c2 per week in Central London with the rest WFH or in customer.
  • Salary is dependent on experience to attract the best with car or £7k allowance, bonus and benefits
  • Commitment to training and development.
