Following recent succession planning, we have been asked to go to market to identify experienced B-2-B sales professionals across the food industry interested in developing their career within a leading European giant.
This opportunity presents an ideal opportunity for experienced individuals keen to move into an environment where succession planning and people development is a core value to the business, offering progression to Sales Controller / Director level, as well as others to relocate to European countries for those interested in this.
In order to be considered for the role it is essential that applicants demonstrate a successful record whilst working with recognised food manufacturing businesses. Exposure to the large manufacturing groups including 2SFG, Greencore, Samworth Bros and Bakkavor will be a distinct advantage, as will experience of supplying into confectionary and bakery manufacturers.
Alongside a successful record, you will have a level experience that allows you to succeed in a highly autonomous role where you will be given a great deal of ‘freedom’ to ‘get on with the job’.
