An excellent opportunity for a commercially astute FMCG individual to join a rapidly growing H&B FMCG business.
Operating across growth categories in a wide range of retailers, the business is heavily commercially led, for the right people the pace here is relentless and exciting but for the wrong person sapping and frustrating.
Reporting into the Brand Manager in a team of 6, you will assist in the management of a handful of Brands through:
- Trend & Gap analysis
- Creating Brand plans
- Analysing margins and key performance indicators
- Contributing to marketing plans
- Being comfortable in customer facing meetings
- Previous analytical experience in an FMCG environment
- Resilient and a team player
- Able to commute 5 days per week in the Cambridgeshire area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Knowledge of the H&B market
