Job Details
Job Title: Senior Commercial Manager
Would you like to work for an innovative plant based food manufacturer that wants to go from a challenger brand to £100m turnover within a short time frame. Do you want to be instrumental in the strategy and lead the business forward through fresh ideas? If so I want to hear from you.
We are looking to speak with astute Commercial Managers with a passion for the plant based or Vegan industry. You will need to be a flexible individual that has the ability to get behind a challenger brand and hit the ground running, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the strategy for the largest customer. As such experience dealing with the Top Four Mults is essential and an interest in the meat free space/consumer trends would be beneficial.
You will be instrumental in the growth of the business, working alongside equally passionate professionals. This is an exciting time to be joining a brand with great backing and great ambition.
Key Responsibilities
- To implement and lead strategy for Top Four retailer.
- Responsible for sales and profit delivery.
- Contract negotiations, new product costing.
- Responsibility for promotions, forecasting and seasonal products.
- Be a leader into new channels and wholesalers.
Key Experience
- Adaptability to be involved in a wide range of tasks to support the growth of the business.
- Broad understanding of business functions, with understanding of brand and retailer brand.
- Entrepreneurial flare and spirit.
- Experience in FMCG with major retailer knowledge.
- Ability to build rapport and a track record of commercial dealings.
