What the Mults/Discounters need to see is commitment to their agenda and an ability to deliver consistently in what is an increasingly attritional retail landscape.

Taking accountability and control of your business plan from strategy through to getting it done and landed is a strength of yours. You need micro-managing, but you do appreciate a call every now and again from the directors asking how it’s going… With the right support and resourced to deliver, then this could be the role for you.
