A truly unique opportunity to join a fast-growing start-up FMCG branded business based in London who are embracing the recent change in consumer behaviour and really focusing on their D2C channel, including a subscription model. This requires an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Lead to shape their digital strategy and own the growth of the channel.

This individual will be responsible for the daily running of both the company’s own Shopify site including trading and all on-site optimisation, as well as the growth of the subscription service including via digital marketing acquisition and retention strategies, predominantly paid social and CRM/email marketing).

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience of ecommerce management and digital marketing to drive growth, within an SME Consumer Products business
• Experience of working for a business with a subscription model and contributing towards the successful growth of subscribers

• Demonstrable success of defining, executing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns
• Strong technical understanding of how ecommerce websites operate and function
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good experience of web analytics tools to interrogate KPI's
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take ownership
