You will be focused on managing the D2C channels such as Amazon and E-Commerce website hosted on Shopify as well as looking after key e-tail partners such as FeelUnique, LookFantastic and others.

Client Details

My client are a leader in the their field with operations in over 100 Countries. You will help drive the next phase of their growth plans in a senior leadership role with a responsibility to over deliver.

  • Be responsible for B2B Sales via leading beauty e-retailers (Over £2M) ( Feelunique, LookFanstastic, Escentual )
  • Be responsible for the online D2C sales: Amazon and E-Commerce
  • Manage all agencies treating digital topics
  • Adapt and execute the Global Digital Marketing strategy for the UK market
  • Be the Brand Guardian for brand consistency within any online sales
  • Deploy Digital tools to support business growth
  • Manage team of junior eKAM executive and digital marketing coordinator
  • Manage digital budget & be responsible of e-retailer P&L and sales forecast.
  • Manage brand-to-third party communication from the beginning of digital projects
  • Track and report project / channel KPIs (websites, social media, campaigns, eCommerce) to HQ
  • Adapt local e-commerce strategy B2B and B2C as necessary for the brands in line with brands' priorities and global guidelines
  • Drive brand communication ecosystems together with brand and sales teams

  • Sales skills it is a must. D2C sales a plus
  • E-retailer and E-commerce platform analysis
  • Digital Marketing & social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing
  • Good understanding of partnership and affiliation
  • Any CRM platform knowledge is necessary, preferably Salesforce CRM
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing and best practices; including segmentation and high-volume list pull, and developing automated and lifecycle programs
  • Verbal and written fluency in English
