This 12month Mat Cover contract will make use of all your skills as a Grocery and Food product specialist. You'll be working closely with the Marketing Director on a packed project diary for 2021 with significant investment.
There's no opportunity to get bored in the role, but with 5 direct reports across development, packaging and project management supporting you to deliver for the customer, you're well resourced to deliver without burn-out.
HR and the board have worked hard here to build a culture of collaboration and success and you'll notice how strong internal relationships are across the different commercial head office functions.
There's a clear plan, project schedule and mid-term investment strategy for their brands and private label offering. They need the right person to step in and deliver this in a crucial chapter in the story of this business.
You'll be stepping into a frenetic, but well managed environment and this cover contract offers the right person an opportunity to land some big projects and be in the driving seat for the launches. Reporting directly into the Marketing Director you'll have visibility and buy-in from the board and will be resourced to deliver.
