Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for building a retail sales strategy that will enable growth and expansion of their range through NPD and innovation.
Your team, whilst small and compact, will like the product deliver way above its actual market size and presence. This will be supported with category and marketing support to deliver branded and own label growth across the retail environment.
To be successful, you will have a history of working in a close knit commercial team using your analytical and commercial experience in top five retailers across branded and private label markets. Be assured, your abilities will be stretched and tested beyond what you have experienced to date. So be prepared to commit yourself.
