THE ROLE:

THE ROLE:

To develop and grow our brand and product awareness via digital, PR and marketing campaigns for all inhouse brands alongside the Sales & Marketing team.  Responsibility and involvement of the product development process and product launches for the business with all our UK and International and online customer base.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To proactively create marketing collateral for trade and consumer and online
  • Responsible for the communication of clear and consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all mediums.
  • Accountable for managing multiple projects within agreed timescales.
  • Maintaining and contributing to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns, as well as managing all e-communications.
  • Working with brand managers to improve brand awareness via PR strategies both off and online including paid for media campaigns.
  • Digital strategy development with brand to ensure growth of market share and social following.
  • Manage and maintain the organisation’s website, liaising with website developers to ensure the metrics and results are achieved for all brand and ecommerce sites
  • Analysing online activity such as web traffic, social media, marketing campaigns and provide monthly reports.
  • Working with web agency and brand to create visually effective campaigns and uploading of all brand / marketing copy for relevant media
  • Involvement in new brand / product concept brainstorming meetings.
  • Create and manage the production of all marketing materials for on and off line.
  • Contributing to, and developing, of brand marketing plans and strategies to ensure digital integration.
  • Involvement in new brand / product concept brainstorming meetings.
  • Assisting brand & product managers when necessary on new product launches
  • Primary liaison with suppliers from artwork to product specifications, manufacturing, to sample approval, and ensure delivery and launch of products on time in full.
  • Understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Working closely with sales team to ensure retailer compliance of all new product launches.
  • Weekly Sales and product analysis as well as UK market and International Analysis

 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS

  • Marketing related Degree or CIM qualified
  • Up-to-date with advances in web technology and know all about social networking and viral marketing campaigns.
  • Know what makes a product innovative in the digital world and how to communicate it effectively
  • Excellent English and comfortable writing copy and communicating effectively
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Be creative and innovative about approaches to marketing and new products
  • Good team player with a can do attitude!
