Head of Internal Sales role for a highly successful ecommerce business.

Client Details

Our client are a hugely successful ecommerece business who have grown every single year since they were established c. 20 years ago. They have adopted a customer focused culture resulting in them having an incredible reputation amongst both direct consumers and trade consumers alike.They are now looking to add a Head of Internal Sales to their successful sales team.


As Head of Internal Sales, you will be directly responsible for 2 Sales Managers and indirectly for a team of 18 telesales professionals.

You will be responsible for:
  • Driving performance of the team - through team leaders
  • Customer journey - this is not a hardcore sales environment but a customer focused, consultative sell.
  • Introducing and implementing performance metrics
  • Understanding customer data and using this to improve performance
  • Coaching and mentoring the team.
  • Overall strategy and growth of the team


To be considered for this exciting opportunity, it is essential you have a proven track record of successfully managing internal sales teams, ideally in an ecommerce business but other sectors will be considered. You must be commutable to Coventry 5 days a week.

Job Offer

Up to £70,000 + benefits.
