The business is currently looking to recruit an experienced National Account Manager to look after some of their largest accounts with a large combined P&L responsibility. Looking after multiple Top 4 accounts that are of great importance to the business this role can provide the ideal platform to accelerate your career development.
The business is looking to identify their next Grocery NAM via this appointment working mainly within the Own Label channel. With the skills and challenges that Own Label accounts provide, experience in the channel will be necessary. This role is working within a category that has grown massively this year and is very on trend.
To be considered for the role, it is important you demonstrate a own label mentality and record of success whilst managing a top-4 grocery retail customer account. Exposure to Tesco, Sainsburys or Waitrose is advantageous, however not essential.
You will be looking to manage a large P&L within a company that is across different categories which helps provide it with security in these current uncertain times.
It will be expected that you have experience of developing and implementing successful joint business plans with your current customer base, and will be able to demonstrate the delivery of results that at least match, if not exceed your KPI’s.
The role offers working flexibility with around 3 days a week in the office and the others from home or visiting customers.
