COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

On the back of multimillion-pound investment in our retail manufacturing capacity, we are looking to appoint a Commercial Director who will continue to develop and implement our five-year plan that will see further, significant growth in our business.

The ability to communicate and engage effectively with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, is critical in this key role and instrumental in meeting our customer demands in a high-paced environment. You will have proven track record of delivering tangible results, with a strong background in FMCG. You can demonstrate the ability to build excellent relationships within the Out of Home, Wholesale and Retail sectors.

You will have a track record of strong customer relationships at senior level and the ability to lead and motivate a team of eight, alongside your wider business colleagues is essential.

A team player, you have an analytical mind coupled with the ability to think creatively in finding new opportunities. You are a highly numerate and commercially astute individual who acts with tenacity, pragmatism and determination in the pursuit of success. You will always act with integrity and respect for colleagues.
