You will join as part of a close knit team where relationships and delivery are key measures of success. Expectations are that you will have daily involvement with customers to identify new range extensions and upgrades whilst attending to pricing and costing structures within the category through the strategic management of the JBP which you will hold full responsibility for.
To be successful, you will have a history of pushing hard within your customers to win and able to demonstrate the ability to fight for market share. Substance and a commercial acumen are key. Be assured, your abilities will be stretched and tested beyond what you have experienced to date. So be prepared to commit yourself.
