The role of Commercial Director has been created to identify passionate, creative ‘foodies’ with a natural passion for eating occasions and outdoor dining. As Commercial Director you will be tasked with creating ‘dining occasions / experiences’ associated with the existing portfolio to increase brand awareness in order to further drive sales.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be directly responsible for overseeing e-commerce and reseller channels, and leadership of PR, social and marketing agencies and required activities. You will also be supported in the management of reseller programmes with selected chefs in the UK and Ireland.
You will drive innovation into market-leading food and experience offerings, where profitable, with the market’s best suppliers. You will also bring knowledge and experience of how to further develop customer engagement and upsell.
The business is looking to identify those from start-up / SME backgrounds with demonstrable success of achieving significant sales growth, via e-commerce and re-seller channels.
