The Role: As part of recent expansion they require a graduate that have the potential to thrive in a target focused and dynamic sales environment.

After your training, you will work within the defence market talking to manufacturers offering advanced research and data for businesses to make important business decisions. You could be selling to a variety of different businesses such as tank manufacturers, vessel company's, firearms companies, aircraft manufacturers etc.

You will need to be able to talk in a considered and consultative nature to educated and professional clients.

Responsibilities as a Graduate Sales Executive will include:

• New business calling
• Negotiating at director level
• Setting up appointments
• Closing sales
• Attending exhibitions
• Some international travel

For this Graduate Sales position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Graduate in any subject
• Some sales experience but not extensive
• Ex-military would be an advantage but not essential
• Graduates with the desire to get into sales
• Target focused and competitive
• Money motivated
• Career driven

The Package for this Graduate Sales role:

• £24,000 Basic OTE £35,000
• Healthcare and Pension
