Brand new site opening - great opportunity for a entrepreneurial senior Finance professional
This is a brand-new business venture that offers a genuine insight in to new start up and the unique opportunities that exist when joining a business to set up a function and build a team. This business benefits from an entrepreneurial leadership team with clear vision, passion and extraordinary ambition but also has the stability of an existing and well-established group function to support in the early stages. The business is a food manufacturer with a range of products that are leading the way in sustainability and health eating working with all major UK and European retailers.
Alongside the general Finance activities you would expect in a role like this, you will also have the opportunity to lead and deliver financial projects and work closely with other members of the senior leadership team on broader business programmes.
The role will ideally suit someone from a food manufacturer background, however other areas of manufacturing would be considered such as pharmaceutical or health and beauty.
The key to success in this business and role will be the individuals drive, work ethic, personal passion, and creative approach to resolving issues and finding solutions.
To be considered for this role you must also have…
- Full accountancy qualification from a recognised accounting body - part qualified will not be considered.
- You must be degree educated or equivalent
- And you must have good IT systems experience and strong skills with Excel and ERP systems - preferable SAP.
