The Business 

Our client has an international presence with an autonomous UK operation that represents home for some of the UKs loved household brands.  Whilst highly regarded they are in the distress purchase market so when the consumer needs them they have to retain immediate brand awareness.

This is achieved through effective marketing investment and ongoing retail planning that has to update all the 4 Ps. In order to meet their growth objectives, the business is now seeking to appoint a commercial Manager.

The Role 

Managing a top 4 retailer, you will be responsible for converting category strategies into commercial numbers through volume and value driven mechanics.

As a result your understanding and control of the JBP and its supply chain constituents is key in leveraging the customer P&L.  Building the portfolio of branded products to create a sustainable profitable platform for growth will provide your future growth prospects in the group.

 The Person

Probably in your first career decade with experience within a branded FMCG environment, you will be looking to take full charge of your P&L to create a growth career platform for your future long term career.

Ambitious, Yes but not at the sake of losing that personal touch where interaction with internal and external stakeholders will magnify your career prospects.
