This is a very autonomous role where you will have an track record with launching new product within the grocery channel. My client are successful in 12 countries already, and they are now ready to launch in the UK.

Client Details

My client provide healthy, plant based alternatives to meat. All of their products look and taste like meat but without the environmental and health implications.


They key responsibilities are:
  • Responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a strong and long-term relationship with accounts and maximising sales opportunities within them
  • Ability to demonstrate consistently meeting and over achieving KPI's and targets whilst maintaining professional business acumen
  • Ability to build and manage a small dedicated team within Central London for supporting the strong growth in the UK
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Define sales strategy and targets and necessary measures to secure their fulfilment
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations of progress, measures and forecasts


The successful candidate will have:
  • Proven track record as a a senior sales / commercial leader
  • Experience within FMCG, ideally food / drink and within the grocery channel
  • Self-motivated and experienced professional with a hands-on personality
  • The understanding that you will be responsible for developing new business
  • Entrepreneurial character with strong organisational and communication skills
