Junior National Account Manager - Discounters/Grocery

Office Based, with some home working: North London ,

c.£45,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

Due to the success of the business we have distribution in Aldi & Lidl and we now require a Junior National Account Manger to continue to win and further develop our business within these rapidly growing retailers, targeting both branded and own label ranges. Our products are a mix of premium foods, sauces, meal kits, confectionery. 

With some fantastic seasonal ranges that are also stocked in premium retailers such as John Lewis, Selfridges, M&S there will be responsibility for managing and developing these accounts.

Reporting to the brand new Sales Director and being part of a successful sales and cross functional team you will help develop the business plan and sales strategy.  You will be responsible for the delivery of this plan. Managing the promotional spend and developing retailer category plans, including own label ensuring they integrate with company and sector strategy.

We need fast paced, up and coming National Account Executives (or Junior NAM's looking to side-step) from FMCG  that are looking to boost their career trajectory and develop their existing understanding of the core needs of modern account management. An ability to manage negotiations backed up with a grasp of category management is essential.
