Our client:

  • Our client is a well-established family-run food business with a well-respected brand
  • They have an exciting growth strategy and require a Category & Insight Manager to join their commercial team to help develop their plans

The role:

  • Category & Insight Manager responsible for leading category, shopper and consumer insight across multiple channels
  • Deliver brand growth plans in line with the commercial strategy
  • As Category & Insight Manager you’ll be responsible for turning data into key insights to the wider team that drive product innovation for multiple retailers, convenience and foodservice channels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the business to come up insights that can assist innovation and drive growth

Ideal candidate:

  • Experience of working within Insights or Category Management within an FMCG business
  • Experience and knowledge of using data to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in using Kantar/ IRI/ Dunnhumby data providers
  • Knowledge of launching new products into the FMCG market.
  • Experience of working with major multiples and wholesale customers

  • Car allowance circa £6k

  • Predominately home-based role
