You will be covering a great patch in North West/Central Ireland in & around Galway, Roscommon, Longford, Leitrim and Sligo.

Client Details

Our client are a leading, global household beauty brand. As a leading manufacturer of hair products are client are situated all over the world and have a number of existing relationships with salons globally.


You will be responsible for achieving set revenues and all other defined KPI's within your territory (as above)
Develop sales through an existing client base whilst also highlighting, targeting and converting new potential clients
Analyse area potential and track sales
Identifying and developing market insight to source new partners
Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
Identify opportunities to upsell and link-sell in order to develop the territory
Support clients with the implementation of key promotional and marketing activity to generate sales growth and meet brand objectives
Build a trusted advisor relationship with your salons and add value to their business by educating them in how to sell our product via methods such as retailing and social media
Attendance and participation in team and sales meetings
Collaborate effectively and enthusiastically within the regional teams


Our client are looking for a collaborative individual, skilled at developing internal networks & relationships to support key activity and someone who is adept at managing their own diary and journey planning to maximise productivity;

Driven, hungry and proactive when it comes to following up on business development opportunities in your area
Full driving licence is ESSENTIAL
This is a home working role where you will be out on the road visiting salons a lot. You will therefore ideally be based in either Galway or Roscommon
Proven field sales and account management experience with a proven track record in exceeding revenue targets
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Entrepreneurial and results orientated mindset
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive and influence both internal stakeholders and external business partners
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
A high level of verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work under pressure within deadlines with excellent organisational and time management skills
A self-starter who is adaptable to change with a desire to continuously learn and develop
Enthusiastic and hands-on style, self-reliant, with the ability to work autonomously - willing to take on-board more responsibilities along the way

Job Offer

Our client are looking to pay up to 32,000eur base salary.

The package includes car, phone, iPad, laptop and the OTE are an additional 15,000eur. In year one you could expect to earn slightly less (7-9k) factoring in training etc. but 15k beyond that.
