Reporting into the Head of EMEA, you will be responsible for driving sales of the products through distributors. As an integral part of the international team, you will have a strong focus on relationship building, delivering your financial target, delivering on volume and trading objectives across Europe and hold full P&L accountability for your markets. You'll be responsibility for managing the commercial relationship with the distributor in each market and developing the strategy to maximise potential. You'll also be responsible for identifying new potential markets within EMEA to launch into and be responsible for researching the best distrubtors and setting up the partnerships from scratch!
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent. You will currently be an International Account Manager/Export Manager looking to progress your career in an entrepreneurial business. Ideally you will have experience and understanding of how to drive forward commercial relationships, setting the commercial long term and short term strategy and be analytical in nature.
