Key objectives for the role will be to deliver growth, maximise profit and develop long-term business relationships, all of which are consistent with the company’s business goals. You will contribute to the strategic direction of the business and work closely with the Head of Sales and NPD Manager to drive innovation. In addition, you will be part of a company that gives real autonomy, responsibility and trust, and has a strong ‘people culture’ at its centre.

About you
