SALARY

£80k - £100k Basic

BONUS

50% of the basic salary per annum. The bonus to paid proportionally on a 6-month basis against mutually agreed KPIs

With a growing demand for natural and multifunctional drinks, iPRO has a clear competitive edge as a low-sugar, healthy hydration drink with the educated consumer in mind who leads a more active lifestyle and are proactive about their health and wellbeing.

THE ROLE

You will be joining a fast paced, growing hydration drinks business with an impressive portfolio of global customers, growth and pioneering product and brand innovation. The overarching strategic objective is to drive both product sales volume, brand exposure and to increase market dominance. Whilst you will be fully supported by the team, the emphasis will very much be on you to demonstrate your commitment and passion for the role and to show how you can deliver your objectives, exceed targets and help grow the business in the short, medium and long-term.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INTERNATIONAL SALES DIRECTOR 

iPRO have a global business model and export to markets across the world. The company has a track record of growing sales, driving profitability and can offer its staff an entrepreneurial, close-knit and inclusive working culture.

  • Report to the board of Directors with a view to further growing key national and international markets
  • You will inherit a number of existing international markets whilst also targeting new business in other regions including the UK
  • The role offers great autonomy and the chance to shape a sales strategy, overall budget and build the account base. It’s also a highly incentivised role with the opportunity to be rewarded well financially
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships to support sales growth
  • Driving and retaining distribution
  • Drive distribution of existing products and new products
  • Negotiate all elements of pricing, terms and promotions within business guidelines
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products market position and brand strategy
  • Representing the company with the highest of standards at all time

THE PERSON

You need to be available to travel without restrictions extensively and often at very short notice. You need to be self-motivated to work alone as well as being able to work within a team; you must be target driven, work well under pressure, be responsive to deadlines and fully accountable for personal and team objectives. You must have recent experience in FMCG sales in the soft drinks industry.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Represent iPRO in a personable style with a positive attitude
  • A willingness to strive to be the best version of yourself and exceed company expectations
  • Energetic, determined, driven and hungry for success with a passion and energy for sales
  • To travel extensively
  • Commercial approach to business and have experience in other functions such as operations, logistics and supply chain
  • Full clean driving license
  • Second Language is preferable
  • The legal right to work in the UK
