The Role: As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 7 external sales people - across the North West England and North Wales area. On a weekly basis you will spend time at various depots across the region, developing this existing team. This position has both strategic and operational aspects - developing sales plans and executing them through effective leadership, recruitment, coaching and mentoring. The team is made up of a variety of personalities and experience, and an appropriate approach will need to be adapted.

Markets will include Education, NHS, Utilities, Transport, Commercial Office Space and Manufacturing. Package: £45,000 - £50,000 Basic, £10,000 OTE, plus company car, fuel card, mobile phone, laptop, pension, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
