International Distributor Manager – Competitive Salary – South East

We are currently working closely with a well-recognised food brand whose products are healthy, tasty and used on a day to day basis by consumers all over the world. They are a market leading brand in their specific product category. Our client is profitable, financially healthy and in a period of growth and expansion. We are looking for an International Distributor Manager to join the international team and be responsible for the performance of our brands in Scandinavian and Central/Eastern European markets. We are looking for someone who can take real ownership and identify and seize the opportunities to grow our brilliant brands to their potential in these markets.

This International Distributor Manager opportunity is ideally suited to a someone with a minimum of three years’ experience in a sales, marketing or category role looking to take the next career step. You will have worked in a FMCG environment with a commercial mindset, full P&L management and highly sales driven. Ideally you will have experience managing distributors or working with international customers, but this is not essential. The business is looking for high potential individuals who want to progress. You must have a strong work ethic, be professional and passionate about the brand! The role is office based 3 days per week, and up to one night per month travelling internationally.
