Here at PepsiCo, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing Manager to join us and lead our Naked Juice portfolio. Naked is a £73m RSV Smoothie brand that has seen exciting growth since it came to the UK market over 12 years ago. Founded on the beaches of Santa Monica in 1983 it has become a regular staple on the UK Juice shelves, providing consumers with some of the best-tasting smoothies available. A brand packed with potential in a really exciting, dynamic and vibrant market, there's still plenty more growth to unlock on this gem of a brand within the Pepsico portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Supports to set the strategy and 3-5 Year PSP plans for Naked in line with the direction and plans set by the VP Nutrition, whilst also working closely with the Marketing Director and Global Team.
  • Leads the Brand Equity development for Naked: brand positioning, brand pyramid, brand guardrails, communication strategy, pack design & brand architecture.
  • Drives Naked Innovation and Renovation strategy, developing winning ideas to ensure there is a sufficient product pipeline.
  • Ensuring Innovation & Renovation is executed in the market effectively to help achieve our AOP targets
  • Lead the Purpose agenda on Naked, including sugar reduction & plastics strategy
  • Work with cross-functional teams & agency partners to develop and execute winning Naked comms ideas & activations from inception through to execution & analysis
  • Develops an effective and efficient media plan & strategy that utilizes our marketing mix modeling methodology
  • Partners with the Sales functions and other cross-functional teams to establish and deliver powerful integrated plans and execution that drive Naked growth and share of market.
  • Lead and coach the team to deliver strong execution and activation plans to ensure delivery of the in-year commercial plan
  • Liaise with Future Brands to share strategy & pipeline to ensure brand guardrails are the same across WESA. Liaise with NA & Canada teams to share best practice
  • Strong Marketing experience with a track record of delivering successful communication programs, innovation launches and brand activations, delivering AOP's that deliver brand growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking - can demonstrate a consumer-centric approach to developing a brand strategy that helps unlock opportunities for business growth
  • Is digitally savvy and understands how brands grow in a modern marketing world
  • Ability to understanding competing sets of data and draw together valuable insights that can help drive greater understanding of our consumers and brands
  • Developing and implementing commercially successful large scale NPD, brand renovation & packaging changes.
  • Ability to manage and influence senior management with plans and recommendations - turning complex business cases into easy to digest sound bites / core messages to enable swift buy-in
  • A curiosity for learning new ways of operating and keeping pace with a dynamic marketplace
  • Tenacious and resilient: Ability to stay focused on project and tackle obstacles to deliver business results
  • Some experience of managing growth brands (rather than mature brands) that have significant headway for growth would be preferable
