Business Development Manager - Foreign Exchange £40,000 + OTE £30,000

The Company: One of the largest foreign exchange companies in the world, with a strong heritage and excellent reputation. They offer full training and support and will put successful candidates through their professional qualifications to further enhance your career and development. You will need to commute to the Leeds office once a week.

The Role: This is a new business focussed role, foreign exchange solutions such as global payments, FX risk management. into mid-market and Corporate Blue Chip companies across a variety of sectors at Finance Director Level. With a lot of support in place both in terms of CRM & leads and technical support, there is scope to earn high levels of commission quickly.

Requirements: To be considered for the Business Development Manager role you must have:
  • Sales experience selling a service not product
  • Strong preference for people who have sold to FD level
  • Desire to learn and progress
  • Structured, organised approach, with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team


The Package for the Business Development Manager:
  • Basic: £40,000
  • Bonus / OTE: £30k OTE, uncapped
  • Benefits: Car allowance, mobile, laptop, pension, 25 days holiday


Location: The Business Development Manager role covers Midlands and the North and you will need to be based from the Leeds office every Wednesday
