Location: This is a field-based National Account Manager role covering the UK so the candidate should be within reach of a major conurbation and airport.  Some International travel will be involved.

What will you be doing?

• We are growing fast and you will be responsible for the Tier 1 clients with the greatest growth potential  

• Reporting to founding shareholder and experienced Client Director

• You will be developing relationships with existing stakeholders 

• You will be harvesting case studies and referrals from your clients

• You will be mapping organisational design, identifying additional logical stakeholders, socialising Nelly with new stakeholders and selling Nelly to other functions within the client

• You will be gathering information regarding related group companies in the UK and abroad and passing these to the new business team.  

• You will be training clients to use the solution

• You will be delivering quarterly reporting results to key stakeholders

• There will be no cold-calling we have a separate new business development function

• We will train you extensively and continually.

What are we looking for?

• We are looking for an experienced National Account Manager, classically trained with a demonstrable track record of sales and relationship management success in any sector utilising a defined process and methodology to support these achievements.

• You are likely degree educated, intelligent, articulate and able to demonstrate the ability to analyse and interpret data.

• We need a commercially astute individual with very strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

• You will be a self-starter, motivated by success with a desire to earn money and be able to demonstrate that you have successfully worked from home in a similar role.
