International Account Manager – Middle East, Africa and Australasia

This is a great opportunity to join a small, fast growing International Branded FMCG Exporter. They offer international retailers, distributors and wholesalers a broad portfolio of household name brands. Brands that consumers love and as a result create winning mutually rewarding, ongoing partnerships. They are part of a significant UK Buying Group, are highly successful in Asia and parts of the Middle East - they are now looking to expand and grow.

You will be an important part of their small Head Office team in Berkshire. You will work closely with the Managing Director, learn from his experience and develop your own strong customer relationships. This is an established and successful business and you will build relationships and create opportunities by offering your customer’s iconic UK and European Brands.     

This is a busy, hands on role where you will work with existing customers but also research new opportunities in new markets and appoint distributors and retailer partners. You will agree supply agreements and develop business plans with each customer and be comfortable negotiating. You will receive considerable autonomy and be expected to make decisions and roll up your sleeves and get things done.

It is likely that you are a graduate with Commercial FMCG experience and ideally some international or export experience. But what we are looking for is your structured training and development and your ability to build productive business relationships.
