Description
The Regional Sales Manager will be looking after the midlands region.
Key skills and responsibilities include:
- You will be a natural leader to nurture, coach and mentor our Key Account Managers in order for them to thrive and achieve sales growth within their regions.
- You will have regular contact with your Key Account Managers by conducting monthly 1 to 1s to identify development needs and conduct formal appraisals, as well as creating annual targets.
- You will have a vigorous drive to take ownership of a number of KAMs across the Midlands area where you'll look to develop areas into a high levels of growth and turning customers into key accounts for the business.
