The Role: Representing a high end luxury tea manufacturer, the new Head of Sales will be responsible for coaching and managing a team of 4 direct reports, consisting of trade marketing, 2 national account managers and 2 business development managers. Based from home, the London office and out on meetings, your team will sell at head office level, deal with buyers and food and beverage managers, working towards a target of £2M. You will also be responsible for identifying new business across new channels as well as growing key accounts.

Our client is looking for candidates will luxury market experience, ideally having sold to 5 star establishments. This is a great opportunity for a results orientated individual, confident driving new business opportunities across the UK & Europe.   • Ideally distribution sales experience
